Policies

BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY

All clients are required to submit a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure an appointment.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service price.

 

WARRANTY & REFUND POLICY

All services are warranted until another professional works on the service.
If a client is dissatisfied before leaving the chair, I am happy to make reasonable adjustments at no additional charge.
If the client declines adjustments, no refunds will be issued.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

I understand that unforeseen circumstances happen. If you are running late, please call or message as soon as possible to inform me.

 

NO CALL / NO SHOW

Clients who fail to call or show up for their appointment will be blacklisted from future bookings.
