 NEW CLIENTS

New clients are required to put down a 50% deposit when booking their first appointment

 CANCELATION FEE 

50% of the booked service is due if you cancel any less then 24hrs in advance.

  WARRANTY 

My work is under warranty UNTIL another person toches it. If a client is unhappy with the results (before they leave my chair) I always offer to fix it. If they are not comfortable with that scenario, I do not make them pay other than that NO REFUNDS.

 RUNNING  LATE

I understand unpredictable events, If you are running late, please call to let me know.
